Conduct a high level, but focused review of the current environment based on a few key interviews and formal evaluation tools with specific recommendations for near-term improvement.

3-Week EPM Assessment

Conduct a formal evaluation of the EPM environment from senior executives to project workers. Present findings with next steps and recommendations for continuous improvement over time.

3-Month EPM Improvement
After benchmarking PM maturity, begin deploying EPM priorities with a realistic plan based on people, process, tools & governance. Clearly define Allen's role and transition strategy.

6-Month EPM Optimization

Conduct a 3-month EPM Improvement, then begin a phased transition from deployment and training to sustainable improvement based on lessons learned and hands-on mentoring/coaching.
