Allen Chapel, PMP, offers a wealth of experience in project management, business/IT integration, process redesign, change management, and strategic planning. During a 15-year career at EDS, he personally managed several $30+ million projects and held positions as VP Business Development; Program Director, and Sr. Project Manager.

From 1998 to 2008, Allen played a key role in the emergence of Pcubed as one of the world’s largest companies dedicated to project, program and portfolio management solutions. As Principal Consultant, he worked closely with Microsoft (as a respected Gold Partner); PMI HQs, and top consulting firms like Accenture, IBM, etc.

In May 2008, he founded Chapel Enterprise Consulting, LLC to more fully leverage his expertise and lessons learned from client engagements that span all major industries and disciplines around the world.
